All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Axxa golf delivers all around the world. being a Melbourne based company, shipping will arrive quicker and be cheaper if located in Australia. If you order internationally, please be patient as we try to get your order to you as quick as possible.

Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email Axel@axxagolf.com and include:

2. Name on the order
3. Email the order was made with, and
4. Your request.
